Unconditional Vault – Return & Refund Policy

At Unconditional Vault, every piece is hand-selected for its quality, authenticity, and character. Because of the unique and curated nature of our inventory, all sales are final.

1. All Sales Are Final

All items are sold as-is and are non-returnable. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than receiving the wrong item.

Please review all product descriptions, photos, and measurements carefully before making a purchase. Each item is accurately represented to reflect its true condition.

2. Item Condition

Our pieces are often vintage, archival, or pre-owned, and may show light wear consistent with age. Any major flaws will be clearly noted in the product description.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a previously owned item that may not be in brand-new condition.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at UCVAULT@UNCONDITIONALVAULT.COM.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Shipping Errors or Lost Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Unconditional Vault is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for delivery updates or claims.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
