Shipping Policy

Unconditional Vault – Shipping Policy

At Unconditional Vault, we take pride in ensuring every order is carefully packaged and promptly shipped. Below are our current shipping terms and practices.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.

Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method.
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most reliable option for your region.

3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after your order is processed.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

4. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate after dispatch.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Unconditional Vault is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are scanned as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is missing or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We’ll always do our best to assist and provide the necessary shipment details to help resolve the issue.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped, and refunds will not be issued for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
